These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BSG website and the request-for- quote (RFQ) services offered by Balkan Sourcing (“BSG”, “Balkan Sourcing Group”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or submitting an RFQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

BSG is a single point of contact that connects European businesses with a verified network of manufacturing and engineering partner facilities across the Balkans. BSG manages the RFQ, quoting, and coordination process on your behalf; production and engineering work itself is carried out by the partner facility matched to your project. Specific pricing, lead times, and delivery terms for a given order are set out in the quote or purchase order for that project, not in these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for businesses, not individual consumers. By submitting an RFQ or contacting us, you confirm that you are doing so on behalf of a business and that you have the authority to do so.

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided through our website or by email are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties, typically through a purchase order or signed quote. We reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors before an order is confirmed.

4. Your Project Files and Content

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in any CAD file, drawing, specification, or other content you submit to us (“Project Content”). By submitting Project Content, you grant BSG a limited license to share it with the partner facility or facilities relevant to quoting and producing your project, and to use it internally to provide our services. We treat your Project Content as confidential and will not use it for any purpose beyond your project without your consent.

5. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, other than your Project Content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to BSG and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content or requests.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Quality, warranty, and acceptance terms for manufactured parts are governed by the quote or purchase order for the specific project, not by this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BSG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Our liability in connection with a specific order is governed by the terms of that order.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any website we do not operate.
